设计说明：
HCY型系列乙炔净化装置采用二塔次氯酸钠法，第一塔用次氯酸钠溶液除去乙炔气体中H2S、PH3杂质，第二塔采用氢氧化钠进行中和。采用连续补加新鲜的次氯酸钠溶液和连续排放残液的工艺，确保净化质量的稳定。装置内的塔、管道、阀门、泵等均采用高强度的耐腐蚀材料。装置运行过程中排出的残液为无污染的洁净液体，解决了困扰原净化装置的废液废酸的处理难题。
HCY series acetylene purification equipments use double-column sodium hypochlorite process, in the first column, the sodium hypochlorite solution with the available chlorine content of 0.1% shall be used to remove the impurities of H2S and PH3 in acetylene gas; in the second column, 4-6% sodium hydroxide can be used for neutralizing. Processes of continuous adding new sodium hypochlorite solution and continuous emitting residue shall be used to ensure the stability of purification quality. Columns, pipelines, valves, pumps etc. for the plant adopt high strength anti-corrosion materials. The residue discharged during the operation process of the plant is pollution-free clean liquid, which has solved the difficult problem of waste acid and waste liquid generated from original purification equipments.
