杭州三泰工业气体设备有限公司的前身为富阳三泰溶解乙炔有限公司，是经原浙江省计经委、原浙江省石化厅批准定点，富阳市计委批准建设的溶解乙炔气及气体设备专业生产企业。公司成立于1997年11月，总部位于富阳市富春江高新工业园区内。公司下设办公室、安全生产、技术开发、设备制造、质量检验、售后服务、财务及经营销售等部门。公司具有较强的技术设计和设备制造能力，延用了原中国空分设备公司溶解乙炔设备设计制造的全部力量，由从事20多年溶解乙炔设备设计、制造工作的经验，且为国家《溶解乙炔设备》技术标准的主要起草人和浙江省气体协会溶解乙炔技术专家担任公司的技术负责人。公司按GB/T19000-2000标准要求建立了完善的质量保证体系。拥有3×90m³/h溶解乙炔气生产装置及1千多平方米的设备制造车间及各种加工装备和检验设施。
公司组织强有力的技术班子，并与浙江工业大学合作，逐步开发了80立方米/小时、120立方米/小时、160立方米/小时和240立方米/小时成套溶解乙炔设备。其中的YQ型系列乙炔发生器，HCY型二塔次氯酸钠法乙炔净化装置及GZ型系列高压乙炔分子筛干燥器为目前国内领先的最为安全、可靠的溶解乙炔设备。YQ型系列乙炔发生器和HCY型二塔次氯酸钠法乙炔净化装置已列入浙江省2004—2005年度新产品科技发展计划，并已通过省级鉴定。公司在设备设计制作过程中，从原材料、外配套部件的采购、制作工艺过程的检验及最终产品检验、试车等严格按质量保证体系的要求执行。成套设备的设计制作完全符合JB/T8856—2001《溶解乙炔设备》标准的要求。
Hangzhou Santai Industrial Gas Equipment Co., Ltd is a professional enterprise which is engaged in the production of dissolved acetylene and the design, development, production, sales and technical service of gas equipments. Since its establishment, the company has provided customers with complete sets of 40m3/h- 240m3/h dissolved acetylene equipments of various specifications and 120m3/h-2000m3/h acetylene equipments used for chemical production. In which, the acetylene generator, acetylene dryer, acetylene purifier (and optimizer), acetylene flame arrestor （fire retardant） etc. produced and designed by our company have all passed provincial new-product achievement identification.
To take efforts to build a harmonious and human-oriented society today, production safety of the enterprise is concerned and cared by all leaders.
